		<description>We are all human, and are going to have those brief &quot;woe is me, life can be tough&quot; moments.  The trick, whether one has a seizure condition or not, is to not REMAIN in that place, count our blessings, and move forward with a positive attitude while looking for ways to take control of the stressors, etc.  Something I know YOU are GREAT at!</description>
